The short version: act reasonably, respect other users, understand that dani is a tool and you're the one in control of your trip. Full terms below.
You need an account to use dani.go. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. If someone else gets into your account, they can read your unencrypted trip data and, if they know your password, your encrypted journal too. Don't share your password.
You must be 13 or older to create an account (16 in the EU). If you're younger, please wait.
Don't use dani.go to harass others, to coordinate illegal activity, to violate anyone's privacy, or to abuse our infrastructure (spam, scraping, DDoS). Don't try to break dani's confirmation flow and have her make changes without user approval.
If you're sharing a trip with other people, don't invite them to content you know they wouldn't want to see. The four-role permission system is there to help you control who sees what — use it.
Free accounts get the whole app except live booking and a couple of extras. Premium ($2.99/month) adds those. Billing runs through the platform you signed up on (Apple, Google, Stripe). Cancellations, refunds, and receipts go through that platform's normal process.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing Premium subscribers keep their current price for the current billing period; the new price applies at renewal.
When you book a flight or hotel through dani.go, the contract is between you and the airline / hotel — we're a search and booking interface, not the travel provider. Cancellations, changes, and refunds follow that provider's policy. dani.go is not liable for flight delays, hotel overbookings, or any other travel mishap caused by the provider.
Your trips, memories, notes, and photos belong to you. By uploading them, you give dani.go the narrow license it needs to store and display them back to you and to people you've shared the trip with. We never use your content to train models or for any other secondary purpose.
You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — we'll try to warn you first unless the violation is severe. If we terminate your account, we refund any unused Premium time.
dani.go is provided as-is. We work hard to make it reliable and accurate, but we can't promise dani will always be available, that every suggestion will be perfect, or that the service won't have outages. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
We may update these terms when the product changes materially. We'll notify you in-app and by email at least 30 days before any substantial change. Continued use after that counts as acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes we can't resolve through email will be handled in Seoul courts.
